Pennsylvania High School Football - Abington Heights trounces West Scranton
August 31, 2024: Clarks Summit, PA 18411 In Saturday's non-league match, the host Abington Heights Comets football squad scored a decisive 42-0 triumph over the West Scranton Invaders.
The Comets (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Dallas (Dallas, PA). The Mountaineers enter the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Dallas was trounced by Wyoming Area (Exeter, PA), 49-41, in a non-league contest.
Coming up next, the Invaders battle the Hazleton Area Cougars (Hazleton, PA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 7. West Scranton will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record.
