August 31, 2024: Bryson, TX 76427 The Ira Bulldogs football squad scored 60 points and limited the host Bryson Cowboys to 22 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Spur for a non-league test on Friday, September 6. Ira will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 50-0 non-league win over Wellman-Union (Wellman, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-0.
With the defeat, Bryson drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Cowboys travel to Azle Christian (Azle, TX) to meet the Fighting Crusaders in a non-league test on Friday, September 6. The Fighting Crusaders come into the test with a record of 1-0. Azle Christian won 61-14 in their recent non-league test against Greenville Christian (Greenville, TX)
