August 31, 2024: Castle Rock, CO 80109 The Mullen Mustangs felled the host Castle View Sabercats football team by a score of 19-6 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Mustangs play the Palmer Ridge Bears (Monument, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 7. Mullen will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Bears go into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 14-0 non-league win over Ponderosa (Parker, CO).
The Sabercats (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Chaparral (Parker, CO). The Wolverines go into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Chaparral lost by Rock Canyon (Highlands Ranch, CO), 13-0, in a non-league challenge.
