Pennsylvania High School Football - Gateway loses to North Allegheny
August 31, 2024: Monroeville, PA 15146 North Allegheny Tigers (Wexford, PA) followers went home pleased Saturday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Gateway Gators (Monroeville, PA), 38-14 in a non-league battle.
With the win, North Allegheny advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Tigers host Pine-Richland (Gibsonia, PA) to encounter the Rams in a non-league battle on Thursday, September 5. The Rams go into the battle with a record of 1-0. Pine-Richland won 22-20 in their recent non-league battle against Central Catholic (Pittsburgh, PA)
The Gators now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Plum for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 7. Gateway will encounter a Mustangs team coming off a 21-14 non-league win over Franklin Regional (Murrysville, PA). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-0.
