Springs Valley Blackhawks (French Lick, IN) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Austin Eagles (Austin, IN), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Springs Valley advances its record to 8-1 on the season. The Blackhawks host West Washington (Campbellsburg, IN) to face the Senators in a Patoka Lake test on Tuesday, September 3. The Senators go into the test with a record of 1-3.

The Eagles now sport a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clarksville for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 3. Austin will face a Generals squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Borden (Borden, IN). The Generals record now stands at 0-6.
