Virginia High School Volleyball - Collegiate overwhelmed by First Colonial
August 31, 2024: Richmond, VA 23229 First Colonial Patriots (Virginia Beach, VA) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Collegiate Cougars (Richmond, VA), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, First Colonial improves its record to 4-2 on the season. The Patriots travel to North Stafford (Stafford, VA) to face the Wolverines in a non-league test on Saturday, August 31. The Wolverines go into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Cougars now own a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Clover Hill for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 4. Collegiate will face a Cavaliers squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Monacan (Richmond, VA). The Cavaliers record now stands at 0-1.
