August 31, 2024: Denver, IA 50622 Denver Cyclones (Denver, IA) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Pella Dutch (Pella, IA), 2-0 in a league test.
With the win, Denver improves its record to 7-1 on the season. The Cyclones travel to Bondurant-Farrar (Bondurant, IA) to face the Bluejays in a test on Saturday, August 31. The Bluejays go into the test with a record of 0-3. Bondurant-Farrar lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Pella (Pella, IA)
The Dutch now own a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Polk for a test on Saturday, August 31. Pella will face a Comets squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Ankeny Christian Academy (Ankeny, IA). The Comets record now stands at 1-3.
