August 5, 2022: Baxley, GA 31513 In Friday's non-league contest, the Appling County Pirates (Baxley, GA) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Screven County Gamecocks (Sylvania, GA), by a margin of 9-0.
With the triumph, Appling County moves its record to 2-0 on the year. The Pirates travel to Emanuel County Institute (Twin City, GA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league contest on Tuesday, August 16. The Bulldogs come into the contest with a record of 2-0.
