August 5, 2022: Brooklet, GA 30415 The crowd at Friday's non-league match between the Pierce County Bears (Blackshear, GA) and the host Southeast Bulloch Yellowjackets (Brooklet, GA), saw Pierce County's softball squad achieve victory over Southeast Bulloch by a count of 15-6.
The Bears now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wayne County for a non-league match on Tuesday, August 9. Pierce County will face a Yellow Jackets squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Toombs County (Lyons, GA). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 1-1.
With the loss, Southeast Bulloch falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets host Tattnall County (Reidsville, GA) to face the Warriors in a non-league match on Tuesday, August 9. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 0-2. Tattnall County lost 8-1 in their recent non-league match against Apalachee (Winder, GA)
