August 6, 2022: Washington, GA 30673 Effingham County Rebels (Springfield, GA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Washington-Wilkes Tigers (Washington, GA), 7-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Rebels now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Greenbrier for a non-league challenge on Saturday, August 6. Effingham County will battle a Wolfpack squad coming off a 9-9 non-league Grovetown (Grovetown, GA). The Wolfpack record now stands at 0-0.
