The Bears now possess a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Starkville for a non-league game on Saturday, August 6.

The Falcons (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Pine Grove (Ripley, MS). The Panthers enter the non-league game with a 0-2 record. In their last game, Pine Grove was dropped by Mantachie (Mantachie, MS), 3-0, in a non-league game.
