August 6, 2024: Macon, GA 31204 Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Northeast Raiders (Macon, GA) and the host Central Chargers (Macon, GA), observed Northeast's volleyball team hold off Central by a count of 2-1.
The Raiders (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Lamar County (Barnesville, GA). The Trojans enter the 1A Area 2 contest with a 0-0 record.
Next, the Chargers meet the Mount de Sales Academy Cavaliers (Macon, GA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, August 12. Central will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Cavaliers enter the contest with a 0-1 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Brookstone (Columbus, GA).
