Kentucky High School Soccer - Scott County knocks off Harrison County
August 8, 2023: Georgetown, KY 40324 Scott County Cardinals (Georgetown, KY) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Harrison County Thorobreds (Cynthiana, KY), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Cardinals confront the Garrard County Golden Lions (Lancaster, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 19. Scott County will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record.
The Thorobreds now possess a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Pendleton County for a District 38 challenge on Thursday, August 10. Harrison County will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 2-2 non-league Villa Madonna (Covington, KY). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-0.
