Utah High School Soccer - Cedar Valley nudges Dixie
August 8, 2025: St. George, UT 84770 Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Cedar Valley Aviators (Eagle Mountain, UT) and the host Dixie Flyers (St. George, UT), saw Cedar Valley's soccer squad hold off Dixie by a count of 2-1.
The Aviators (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Alta (Sandy, UT). The Hawks enter the non-league battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Alta was edged by Cedar (Cedar City, UT), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Flyers confront the Canyon View Falcons (Cedar City, UT) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, August 12. Dixie will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Falcons enter the battle with a 1-2 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Grantsville (Grantsville, UT).
