August 9, 2024: Fayetteville, GA 30214 In Friday's non-league test, the Whitewater Wildcats (Fayetteville, GA) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting South Paulding Spartans (Douglasville, GA), by a tally of 6-1.
Next, the Wildcats clash with the Carrollton Trojans (Carrollton, GA) in a non-league test, on Saturday, August 10. Whitewater will attempt to advance on its 1-2 season record. The Trojans go into the test with a 1-1 record after their 13-10 non-league loss to Alexander (Douglasville, GA).
The Spartans (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Villa Rica (Villa Rica, GA). The Wildcats go into the 5A Region 5 test with a 1-3 record. In their last test, Villa Rica was routed by Temple (Temple, GA), 9-7, in a non-league test.
