The crowd at Thursday's non-league contest between the Fulshear Chargers (Fulshear, TX) and the host Fort Bend Clements Rangers (Sugar Land, TX), observed Fulshear's football squad bounce Fort Bend Clements by a count of 77-18.

The Chargers now own a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Magnolia for a 5A-1 Region III District 10 contest on Friday, September 9. Fulshear will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 34-29 non-league win over Tomball (Tomball, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-1.

Coming up next, the Rangers encounter the George Ranch Longhorns (Richmond, TX) in a 6A Region III District 20 contest, on Thursday, September 8. Fort Bend Clements will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Longhorns go into the contest with a 0-2 record after their 16-0 non-league loss to Katy Taylor (Katy, TX).
