September 1, 2022: San Francisco, CA 94116 The St. Ignatius Wildcats topped the visiting Lowell Cardinals volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Wildcats now have a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sacred Heart Prep for a non-league test on Saturday, September 3. St. Ignatius will confront a Gators team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Burlingame (Burlingame, CA). The Gators record now stands at 1-2.
The Cardinals (4-4) will now prepare for their test against Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory (San Francisco, CA). The Fightin' Irish enter the non-league test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory was knocked off by Saint Francis (Mountain View, CA), 2-0, in a league test.
