September 1, 2023: Antioch, IL 60002 Antioch Sequoits (Antioch, IL) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Zion-Benton Zee-Bees (Zion, IL), 55-27 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Antioch improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Sequoits travel to Lakes (Lake Villa, IL) to confront the Eagles in a Northern Lake County test on Friday, September 8. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 0-2. Lakes lost 28-21 in their recent non-league test against Vernon Hills (Vernon Hills, IL)
With the loss, Zion-Benton drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Zee-bees travel to Mundelein (Mundelein, IL) to confront the Mustangs in a North Suburban test on Friday, September 8. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 2-0. Mundelein won 42-17 in their recent non-league test against Grayslake North (Grayslake, IL)
