The Rattlers (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Episcopal (Little Rock, AR). The Wildcats come into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Episcopal was ripped by Smackover (Smackover, AR), 20-17, in a non-league challenge.
The Bears now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lafayette County for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 8. Bearden will meet a Cougars team coming off a 38-6 non-league loss to Lee (Marianna, AR). The Cougars record now stands at 0-2.
