South Dakota High School Football - Custer routed by Tri-Valley
September 1, 2023: Colton, SD 57018 In Friday's league game, the Tri-Valley Mustangs (Colton, SD) football team smashed the visiting Custer Wildcats (Custer, SD), by a score of 45-7.
The Mustangs (2-1) will now prepare for their game against Sisseton (Sisseton, SD). The Redmen come into the Dakota 12 game with a 1-2 record. In their last game, Sisseton was ripped by Deuel (Clear Lake, SD), 35-0, in a non-league game.
The Wildcats now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rapid City Christian for a non-league game on Friday, September 8. Custer will meet a Comets team coming off a 7-0 non-league loss to More (Rapid City, SD). The Comets record now stands at 1-1.
