In Friday's non-league match, the host Kelly Catholic Bulldogs football squad scored a close 12-10 victory over the St. Pius X Panthers.

In their next game, the Bulldogs clash with the Concordia Lutheran Crusaders (Tomball, TX) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 8. Kelly Catholic will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record.
