New Jersey High School Football - Rahway drops to Linden

In Friday's non-league game, the Linden Tigers (Linden, NJ) football team knocked off the visiting Rahway Indians (Rahway, NJ), by a final score of 28-20.

The Tigers (2-0) will now prepare for their game against Woodbridge (Woodbridge, NJ). The Barrons come into the Big Central - Liberty Gold game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Woodbridge was dropped by Summit (Summit, NJ), 46-36, in a non-league game.

The Indians now hold a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Lincoln for a non-league game on Friday, September 8. Rahway will battle a Lions team coming off a 30-0 league win over North Bergen (North Bergen, NJ). The Lions record now stands at 1-0.
