In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Perkins-Tryon Demons football squad scored a good 28-0 victory over the Tecumseh Savages.

In their next game, the Demons clash with the Cushing Tigers (Cushing, OK) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 8. Perkins-Tryon will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Tigers enter the match with a 1-0 record after their 34-21 non-league win over Bristow (Bristow, OK).

The Savages (0-1) will now prepare for their match against Seminole (Seminole, OK). The Chieftains enter the non-league match with a 1-1 record. In their last match, Seminole ran past Shawnee (Shawnee, OK), 28-25, in a non-league match.
