Texas High School Football - Wimberley trounces Pieper

September 1, 2023: San Antonio, TX 78620

In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Wimberley Texans football squad scored a big 44-6 victory over the Pieper Warriors.

In their next game, the Texans clash with the Brock Eagles (Brock, TX) in a non-league match, on Thursday, September 7. Wimberley will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Eagles enter the match with a 1-1 record after their 28-14 non-league win over Hirschi (Wichita Falls, TX).

The Warriors (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Davenport (San Antonio, TX). The Wolves enter the non-league match with a 1-1 record. In their last match, Davenport was crushed by Tivy (Kerrville, TX), 28-10, in a non-league match.
