In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Willow Canyon Wildcats football squad scored a big 46-6 victory over the South Mountain Jaguars.

In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the Horizon Huskies (Scottsdale, AZ) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 8. Willow Canyon will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Huskies enter the match with a 2-0 record after their 52-0 non-league win over Mountain View (Tucson, AZ).
