California High School Volleyball - Buchanan tips Liberty

September 1, 2023: Clovis, CA 93611

Buchanan Bears (Clovis, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting Liberty Patriots (Bakersfield, CA), 3-2 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Bears battle the Stockdale Mustangs (Bakersfield, CA) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, September 5. Buchanan will attempt to advance on its 13-4 season record. The Mustangs come into the match with a 10-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Bakersfield (Bakersfield, CA).

With the loss, Liberty drops to 8-3 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Edison (Fresno, CA) to battle the Tigers in a non-league match on Saturday, September 2. The Tigers come into the match with a record of 3-5. Edison lost 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Bullard (Fresno, CA)
