September 1, 2025: Abingdon, IL 61410 In Monday's non-league challenge, the host Abingdon/Avon Tornadoes volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the Elmwood Trojans.
With the win, Abingdon/Avon improves its record to 3-0 on the season. The Tornadoes travel to Farmington (Farmington, IL) to face the Farmers in a non-league test on Thursday, September 4. The Farmers go into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Trojans now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Bushnell-Prairie City for a challenge on Monday, September 29.
