The Gorman Panthers (Gorman, TX) football overcame the host Blum Bobcats (Blum, TX), 47-34 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Panthers clash with the Strawn Greyhounds (Strawn, TX) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, September 16. Gorman will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Greyhounds enter the bout with a 3-0 record after their 56-0 non-league win over Bryson (Bryson, TX).
