In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Spring Hill Broncos football squad scored a good 42-14 victory over the Paola Panthers.

In their next game, the Broncos clash with the Ottawa Cyclones (Ottawa, KS) in a Frontier match, on Friday, September 17. Spring Hill will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Cyclones enter the match with a 1-1 record after their 52-0 non-league win over Baldwin (Baldwin, KS).
