September 10, 2022: Bristol, VT 05443 The Mt. Abraham Eagles football team (Bristol, VT), was knocked off 14-0 in Saturday's league challenge with the visiting Milton Yellowjackets (Milton, VT)
The Yellowjackets (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Windsor (Windsor, VT). The Yellowjackets come into the Division III challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Windsor knocked off Bellows Free Academy/Lamoille (Fairfax, VT), 40-33, in a non-league challenge.
The Eagles now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Missisquoi Valley for a Division III challenge on Saturday, September 17. Mt. Abraham will meet a Thunderbirds team coming off a 50-14 league loss to Windsor (Windsor, VT). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 0-2.
