Alcorn Central Bears (Glen, MS) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Choctaw County Chargers (Ackerman, MS), 2-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Bears clash with the Hickory Flat Rebels (Hickory Flat, MS) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 10. Alcorn Central will attempt to advance on its 18-6 season record. The Rebels come into the match with a 9-3 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Tishomingo County (Iuka, MS).
