September 10, 2022: Grass Valley, CA 95945 The Nevada Union Miners volleyball team (Grass Valley, CA), was dropped 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Elk Grove Thundering Herd (Elk Grove, CA)
The Thundering Herd (3-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Sheldon (Sacramento, CA). The Huskies enter the Delta League challenge with a 5-7 record. In their last challenge, Sheldon was dropped by Cosumnes Oaks (Elk Grove, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Miners meet the Ponderosa Bruins (Shingle Springs, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 10. Nevada Union will attempt to move on its 4-11 season record. The Bruins enter the challenge with a 6-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Union Mine (El Dorado, CA).
