In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Northview Vikings volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Nogales Nobles.

The Vikings (6-6) will now prepare for their battle against Diamond Ranch (Pomona, CA). The Panthers come into the Valle Vista battle with a 0-10 record. In their last battle, Diamond Ranch lost by Glendora (Glendora, CA), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Nobles clash with the Gladstone Gladiators (Covina, CA) in a Montview battle, on Tuesday, September 13. Nogales will attempt to advance on its 1-12 season record. The Gladiators come into the battle with a 2-9 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to San Dimas (San Dimas, CA).
