Illinois High School Flag Football - Joliet West tops Hillcrest
September 10, 2024: Country Club Hills, IL 60478 The Joliet West Tigers flag football squad scored 32 points and limited the host Hillcrest Hawks to 12 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Tigers now hold a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Andrew for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 17. Joliet West will meet a Thunderbolts squad coming off a 39-14 non-league loss to Romeoville (Romeoville, IL). The Thunderbolts record now stands at 0-2.
With the defeat, Hillcrest drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Bremen (Midlothian, IL) to meet the Braves in a non-league test on Saturday, September 14. The Braves come into the test with a record of 0-3. Bremen lost 34-7 in their recent non-league test against Sandburg (Orland Park, IL)
