Tennessee High School Soccer - East Ridge knocks off Tyner Academy
September 10, 2024: Chattanooga, TN 37412 The East Ridge Pioneers soccer squad scored 9 points and held the visiting Tyner Academy Rams to 0 in the Pioneers non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Pioneers now hold a 1-5 record. They play next when they travel to Signal Mountain for a AA District 6 bout on Thursday, September 12. East Ridge will play a Eagles squad coming off a 10-0 league win over Red Bank (Chattanooga, TN). The Eagles record now stands at 4-4.
With the loss, Tyner Academy moves to 0-1 on the year. The Rams travel to McMinn Central (Englewood, TN) to play the Chargers in a A District 3 bout on Thursday, September 12. The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 6-1. McMinn Central won 2-1 in their recent league bout against Chattanooga School for the Liberal Arts (Chattanooga, TN)
