September 10, 2024: Washington, DC 20007 Georgetown Visitation Prep Cubs (Washington, DC) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Elizabeth Seton (Bladensburg, MD), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Georgetown Visitation Prep moves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Cubs host Maret (Washington, DC) to meet the Frogs in a ISL test on Thursday, September 12. The Frogs come into the test with a record of 2-0. Maret won 11-0 in their recent non-league test against British School (Washington, DC)
The now sport a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Paul VI for a Washington Catholic test on Tuesday, September 24. Elizabeth Seton will meet a Panthers team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Hedgesville (Hedgesville, WV). The Panthers record now stands at 1-0.
