September 10, 2024: Broomfield, CO 80020 Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Broomfield Eagles (Broomfield, CO) and the visiting Mountain Vista Golden Eagles (Highlands Ranch, CO), saw Broomfield's soccer squad hold off Mountain Vista by a count of 1-0.
The Eagles (5-0) will now prepare for their battle against Fossil Ridge (Fort Collins, CO). The SaberCats enter the non-league battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, Fossil Ridge tipped Cherokee Trail (Aurora, CO), 3-1, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Golden Eagles battle the Columbine Rebels (Littleton, CO) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 17. Mountain Vista will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record.
