September 10, 2024: Las Cruces, NM 88007 Roswell Coyotes (Roswell, NM) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Mayfield Trojans (Las Cruces, NM), 4-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Roswell moves its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Coyotes host Centennial (Las Cruces, NM) to meet the Hawks in a non-league test on Thursday, September 12. The Hawks come into the test with a record of 3-0. Centennial won 10-0 in their recent non-league test against Valencia (Los Lunas, NM)
The Trojans now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Deming for a non-league test on Thursday, September 12. Mayfield will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Las Cruces (Las Cruces, NM). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-2.
