Washington High School Volleyball - Newport - Bellevue can't get by Monroe
September 10, 2024: Bellevue, WA 98006 Monroe Bearcats (Monroe, WA) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Newport - Bellevue Knights (Bellevue, WA), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Monroe advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Bearcats travel to Redmond (Redmond, WA) to face the Mustangs in a non-league test on Thursday, September 12. The Mustangs go into the test with a record of 1-0. Redmond won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Eastlake (Sammamish, WA)
The Knights now sport a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lake Washington for a non-league test on Thursday, September 12. Newport - Bellevue will face a Kangaroos squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Bothell/Inglemoor (Bothell, WA). The Kangaroos record now stands at 2-1.
