September 10, 2024: Sanford, NC 27332 The Grace Christian Crusaders soccer squad scored 5 points and held the visiting Fayetteville Christian Warriors to 2 in the Crusaders non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Crusaders now possess a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Cape Fear Academy for a non-league bout on Friday, September 13. Grace Christian will play a Hurricanes squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Wayne Country Day (Goldsboro, NC). The Hurricanes record now stands at 8-3.
With the loss, Fayetteville Christian moves to 6-3 on the year. The Warriors travel to Freedom Christian Academy (Fayetteville, NC) to play the Patriots in a NCISAA Sandhills bout on Monday, September 16. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 3-4.
