New Jersey High School Soccer - Morristown-Beard knocks off University
September 10, 2024: Newark, NJ 07108 Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Morristown-Beard Crimson (Morristown, NJ) and the host University Phoenix (Newark, NJ), saw Morristown-Beard's soccer squad triumph over University by a count of 10-1.
The Crimson (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Morristown (Morristown, NJ). The Colonials enter the non-league battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, Morristown ran past Pope John XXIII (Sparta, NJ), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Phoenix confront the Snyder Tigers (Jersey City, NJ) in a non-league battle, on Friday, September 13. University will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
