The Cougars (5-8) will now prepare for their contest against El Modena (Orange, CA). The Vanguards enter the non-league contest with a 1-9 record. In their last contest, El Modena notched a victory over Rio Mesa (Oxnard, CA), 2-0, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Bulldogs battle the Glendora Tartans (Glendora, CA) in a Palomares contest, on Thursday, September 12. Ayala will attempt to move on its 1-11 season record. The Tartans enter the contest with a 7-7 record after their 3-0 non-league win over St. Lucy's (Glendora, CA).
