September 10, 2024: Whittemore, MI 48770 Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Whittemore-Prescott Cardinals (Whittemore, MI) and the visiting Fairview Eagles (Fairview, MI), observed Whittemore-Prescott's volleyball team top Fairview by a tally of 3-0.
The Cardinals (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Hillman (Hillman, MI). The Tigers enter the North Star contest with a 2-6 record. In their last contest, Hillman was beaten by Rogers City (Rogers City, MI), 3-0, in a league contest.
Next, the Eagles meet the Atlanta Huskies (Atlanta, MI) in a North Star contest, on Thursday, September 12. Fairview will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Huskies enter the contest with a 4-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Mio HomeSchool (Mio, MI).
