September 10, 2024: Fort Knox, KY 40121 Fort Knox Eagles (Fort Knox, KY) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Grace M. James Academy of Excellence GEMS (Louisville, KY), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Fort Knox improves its record to 6-4 on the season. The Eagles travel to Evangel Christian (Louisville, KY) to face the Eagles in a non-league test on Thursday, September 12. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 0-0.
The GEMS now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Valley for a non-league test on Monday, September 16. Grace M. James Academy of Excellence will face a Vikings squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Pleasure Ridge Park (Louisville, KY). The Vikings record now stands at 5-5.
