Arizona High School Volleyball - Gila Ridge overwhelmed by Skyline
September 10, 2024: Mesa, AZ 85208 Skyline Coyotes (Mesa, AZ) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Gila Ridge Hawks (Yuma, AZ), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Skyline advances its record to 2-4 on the season. The Coyotes travel to Desert Ridge (Mesa, AZ) to face the Jaguars in a non-league test on Thursday, September 12. The Jaguars go into the test with a record of 4-6. Desert Ridge lost 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Basha (Chandler, AZ)
The Hawks now sport a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lake Havasu for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 11. Gila Ridge will face a Knights squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Copper Canyon (Glendale, AZ). The Knights record now stands at 10-2.
