September 10, 2024: Uniontown, AL 36786 Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Hatch Bobcats (Uniontown, AL) and the visiting Selma Saints (Selma, AL), observed Hatch's volleyball team top Selma by a count of 2-0.
The Bobcats (7-6) will now prepare for their contest against Linden (Linden, AL). The Patriots enter the 1A Area 6 contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Linden was knocked off by University Charter (Livingston, AL), 3-0, in a league contest.
Next, the Saints meet the Jemison Panthers (Jemison, AL) in a 5A Area 5 contest, on Thursday, September 12. Selma will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Panthers enter the contest with a 2-6 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Thorsby (Thorsby, AL).
