Texas High School Volleyball - Sweetwater over Klondike
September 10, 2024: Sweetwater, TX 79556 The Sweetwater Mustangs volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Klondike Cougars to 1 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Mustangs now have a 8-11 record. They play next when they travel to Grape Creek for a 4A Region I District 5 outing on Saturday, September 14. Sweetwater will play a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Water Valley (Water Valley, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 6-7.
With the loss, Klondike drops to 10-15 on the campaign. The Cougars host Aspermont (Aspermont, TX) to play the Hornets in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 14. The Hornets come into the outing with a record of 4-10. Aspermont lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Hawley (Hawley, TX)
