September 10, 2024: San Pedro, CA 90731 The West Warriors volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Mary Star of the Sea Stars to 0 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Warriors now possess a 7-6 record. They play next when they travel to Wiseburn- Da Vinci for a Pioneer outing on Thursday, September 12. West will play a Wolves team coming off a 3-0 league loss to South (Torrance, CA). The Wolves record now stands at 2-5.
With the loss, Mary Star of the Sea drops to 1-9 on the campaign. The Stars travel to Saint Joseph (Lakewood, CA) to play the Jesters in a Del Rey outing on Thursday, September 12. The Jesters come into the outing with a record of 10-10. Saint Joseph won 3-1 in their recent non-league outing against Rosary Academy (Fullerton, CA)
