In their next game, the Gophers battle the Bowie Volunteers (Arlington, TX) in a non-league game, on Thursday, September 18. Grand Prairie will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Volunteers enter the game with a 0-1 record after their 44-0 non-league loss to Coppell (Coppell, TX).
