September 10, 2025: Asheboro, NC 27205 Fans at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Southwestern Randolph Cougars (Asheboro, NC) and the visiting East Davidson Golden Eagles (Thomasville, NC), saw Southwestern Randolph's soccer squad triumph over East Davidson by a count of 7-0.
The Cougars (5-1) will now prepare for their battle against Randleman (Randleman, NC). The Tigers enter the non-league battle with a 0-4 record. In their last battle, Randleman Eastern Randolph (Ramseur, NC), 3-3, in a non-league battle.
In their next game, the Golden Eagles meet the Ledford Panthers (Thomasville, NC) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, September 16. East Davidson will attempt to move on its 0-5 season record. The Panthers come into the match with a 2-3 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Atkins (Winston-Salem, NC).
